Reporting To VP - Human Resources
- Heading talent acquisition vertical, managing recruitment on a PAN India basis, across level and domains.
- This would include devising out ways to keep recruitment costs at an all time low, with no impact on TAT and quality of hires, formulating recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum and also ensuring smooth on-boarding of the new hires.
- This will also involve building connect with employees (new hires / existing ones) to ensure their engagement levels are high, handling grievance if any, running R&R schemes for regions etc.
Any other info - The person should have strong execution understanding & capabilities and good strategic thinking skills as well to be able to Develop and Deliver the Marketing Plans independently.
Desired Skills & Experience
- The applicant must be an MBA in HR from premier institutes with good recruitment experience.
scholastic academic background is a must. - Must be people oriented and affable; should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment and flexible with working hours.
- Should have good communication skills and extremely good interpersonal skills.
- Must have worked in fast growing organizations (am flexible on industry but should have been exposed to hiring at senior level and at the same time ability to be hands on)
- Should have extensive hiring experience for a minimum of 12 – 18 months in the whole tenure.
- Experience of a start up will be an added advantage
