Job Description
• Responsible for Identifying and generating business from new customers. Enhance business from existing clientele
• Existing relationship with agencies and senior clients across categories
• Executing the sales and client acquisition strategy to meet the revenue target.
• Proactively Prospect, Qualify, Build solutions, Negotiate, and coordinate servicing of clients.
• Engage and strategize with senior level marketing and branding executives at client companies by demonstrating Organization’s value proposition.
• Develop and cultivate strong long term relationships with clients.
• Ability to understand the customer’s need and propose relevant and creative solutions that would in-turn enhance the revenues of the region.
• Ability to lead and manage junior sales member team.
Desired Candidate Profile
• A smart sales person with 10+ years of experience in Ad Sales from a Media company
• Ability to provide solutions to the client beyond inventory innovations
• Candidate should be sales and operations driven with good communication Skills
• Should have strong domain knowledge
• Candidate must be from Online media sales (Online Gaming preferable)
• Need to have knowledge and contacts with the potential clientele in the respective region.
• Ability to provide solutions to the client after understanding their marketing and communication objectives
• Should have interacted with Ad-agency heads/ Sr
• Should have the potential to ideate and creative concepts and present the same to the clients and agencies.
• Should have good creative and analytical skills
• Should have handled a team of 2-3 members
Revenue –
Demonstrated capability to build new biz in current job
Demonstrated ability to grow the biz in current job
Demonstrated ability to generate higher revenues from repeat clients
Property Building/Innovations
Demonstrated capability to build properties /innovations which have sustained over time
Fiscal Discipline
Demonstrated capability to collect from the clients as well as agencies

• The objective is to enhance and achieve the set revenue targets.
• Identifying prospective alliance partners and entering into strategic alliances
• Create innovative and exclusive properties for the clientele in the region.
