Marketing Manager - Product Engineering Services - MindTree Ltd. - Bangalore

Job Description

Planning

Own the creation of the marketing plan for Product Engineering Services (PES), which is est. 40% of MindTree's revenue. Marketing plan includes objective/goal setting; segmentation; messaging; positioning; GTM plan (channels) and budget  

 

Execution (Awareness building & Driving Pipeline) 

1. Content Creation - Work with managers/technical team to generate collaterals, datasheets, case studies, deep dive case studies etc
2. PR -Work with business head and PR team to build awareness in the market
3. Website and Online Marketing - Own the industry group/business specific sections of MindTree.com (website) and a strategy for leveraging other social media channels, including video
4. Analyst Relations – Own analyst relations for the business unit (build and track our positioning among analyst community leading to recommendations)
5. Events – Manage industry specific events independently or with vendors. This includes our annual PES customer council.
6. Demand Generation – Run campaigns, webinars etc with inputs from business and sales heads and able to track the results

 Reporting

1. Communicate the marketing ROI on all the activities that are executed
2. Experienced in measuring and reporting marketing KPIs and metric

A minimum of 7 years of professional/marketing experience. Less than that will not be considered. Previous PES experience a plus.
