- Proven track record of business development and achievement of yearly targets
- Rich experience in seeding, anchoring and winning large & complex deals in matrix organization structures
- Experience in pitching at Board/CXO level and subsequent proposal defense at the highest levels
- Powerful verbal / written / presentation /facilitation / communication /relationship building / social networking skills
- Experience facilitating high level client meetings and managing a robust portfolio of client projects
- Ability to understand a clients business organization, as well industry and segment trends
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
New client acquisition, Relationship management in existing accounts to increase share of wallet, Mapping key decision makers in client organizations, Sell proposal to key decision makers within the client organization, Identify customer requirements and align them to WCS offerings, Closely work with the practice teams to design technical proposals, Develop innovative cost proposals that highlight how benefits match customer requirements, Create and manage negotiation positions, Review contracts, Collections etc
