Job Responsibilities
APJ LE Sales Operations is looking for an India Strategic Planner to provide analytical and strategic value to Dell’s Large Enterprise division. Working closely with senior management and sales leaders along with support functions, you will be responsible for creating growth plans, setting quotas, and influencing stake-holders to drive change.
- Business planning and sales-quota setting
- Deliver insightful analysis to create strategic growth plans for Large Enterprise division
- Analyze market and competitive landscape to identify areas of opportunities/ investment
- Maximize sales productivity and ROI through driving effective use of tools and processes
- Engage and collaborate with sales leaders (General Managers, Sales Directors/Managers) through quota setting to achieve P&L and ROI target
- Effectively exercise power and influence key decisions for the benefit of the sales organization
- Work closely with support functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc ) for improved planning process
- Work closely with country planners in Asia-Pacific (Japan, China, Australia, Korea) to ensure alignment to growth strategy and share Best Practices
- Manage tracking ensuring proper growth plans are in place
- Develop KPIs to track impact of growth model. Proactively manage a pipeline to attain the quota
- Identify critical issues/root cause and generate actionable recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least five years of working experience in related fields such as management consulting and/or business planning preferably in a technology area. MBA preferred
- A demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence others and drive organizational change
- An accomplished self starter - proactive
- Native level English
