Job Description

• Responsible for Identifying and generating business from new customers. Enhance business from existing clientele
• Existing relationship with agencies and senior clients across categories
• Executing the sales and client acquisition strategy to meet the revenue target.
• Proactively Prospect, Qualify, Build solutions, Negotiate, and coordinate servicing of clients.
• Engage and strategize with senior level marketing and branding executives at client companies by demonstrating Organization’s value proposition.
• Develop and cultivate strong long term relationships with clients.
• Ability to understand the customer’s need and propose relevant and creative solutions that would in-turn enhance the revenues of the region.
• Ability to lead and manage junior sales member team.

• A smart sales person with 10+ years of experience in Ad Sales from a Media company
• Ability to provide solutions to the client beyond inventory innovations
• Candidate should be sales and operations driven with good communication Skills
• Should have strong domain knowledge
• Candidate must be from Online media sales (Online Gaming preferable)
• Need to have knowledge and contacts with the potential clientele in the respective region.
• Ability to provide solutions to the client after understanding their marketing and communication objectives
• Should have interacted with Ad-agency heads/ Sr
• Should have the potential to ideate and creative concepts and present the same to the clients and agencies.
• Should have good creative and analytical skills
• Should have handled a team of 2-3 members

Job Description

- Litigation Management – handling consumer litigation, ombudsman complaints and other legal case on behalf of the company

- Liaise with Solicitors and outstation advocates and attend to all civil and criminal litigation including matters Quasi-judicial authorities

- Advise the business on all legal issues and legal risks pertinent to life insurance business.

- Drafting of replies to legal notice, consumer complaints, Labour cases, Ombudsman complaints, pleadings, affidavits

- Providing support in redressal of consumer complaints

- Track of development in laws and regulations relevant to the Industry

- Ensure compliance with the Legal Policy

- Liaise with advocates to manage the Labour Law Compliance

Qualification: L.L.B.

Skills/ Knowledge:

- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills – Should possess ability to understand legal, business dynamics and processes.

- Should have strong ability to interpret laws and regulations and apply the same to complex issues.

- Comprehensive understanding of insurance/ financial service industry and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

- Involvement in overall solution management starting from Strategic planning and market segmentation, tracking IT spends, target market Analysis, Technology trends analysis and competition analysis for the solutions.

 - Defining and building the value proposition for Strategic Solutions and Position Wipro a market leader for the chosen solutions.

 - Developing go-to-market strategies for strategic solutions and service portfolios for the business and expanding the market presence of the business marketing initiatives.

 - Driving thought leadership activities eg. Contribution to academic newsletter, case studies in books, research with Academia, speaking opportunities. Building association with WEF, TM Forum, Telco 2.0 & other Industry consortiums for the solution initiatives.

 - Drive account based plans for identified solution proactively to position Wipro a strategic partner for the customer business needs.

 - Demand Generation through various communication media (webinars, websites, Newsletters, event participation, analyst meets public relations etc.) This will involve lead qualification, content development and management, helping organize/front-end participation in international events among other things. Meeting lead generation and content generation targets.

 - Uploading and creating content for the website, creating sales kits including case studies, whitepapers, presentations etc.

 - Creating a New Media campaign, using Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIN, You Tube etc.

 - Building a sustain CRM campaign, with customer testimonials and case studies

 - Marketing Communications both external and internal and Theme/Articles pitches in Trade Journals.

 - Maintain relationships with Leading Analysts firms like Gartner, Ovum, IDC, and Forrester for deal intervention and market research.

 - Responsible for preparing the Sales readiness kit and also educating the sales teams.


Desired Candidate Profile

5 years plus with marketing background and should have worked for Min 2 years in Telecom/ Media Industry and exposed to product marketing background.  IT industry exposure is a plus.

Educational Qualification: Eng + MBA (Leading B School)

Other factors to include being results oriented and creative; possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; exposed to global environment.
