Human Resources - L&D/OD Manager - PwC - Mumbai

Position title: Regional L&D manager

Location: Mumbai

Department: LPD &KM

Grade:     Senior manager/Manager

Organizational relationships

Purpose of the Job 
Leading the L&D function in Western Region. Identification of training needs, designing programs, delivering programs, implementing training process and interventions and evaluating effectiveness of workshops.

Coordinating closely with business heads and customizing the design and delivery or programs. Scanning the external environment and finding out best in class knowledge sources.

The person we are looking for:

    *  10-15 years of experience out of which at least 5-6 years in core L&D function/OD. Could be higher

    * MBA essential. Pursuing PhD or PhD in OB/HRM will be an additional advantage

    * Proven track record of designing content, delivery and managing coordination.

    * Should be proficient in conducting/organizing assessment centre development centre.

    * Should have worked in high potential employee assessment and development initiatives.

    * Should have competence in executing 360 degree and other talent assessment tools.

    * Good contacts with the academia and leading training consultancies will be preferred.

    * Psychometric certifications like MBTI, BELBIN, DISC, SDI preferred.

Behavioral Competencies    

    * Ability to demonstrate knowledge and conviction while communicating with stakeholders.

    * Ability to influence the internal customers.

    * Ability to correlate with business and link it with learnings in the class.

    * Understanding of adult learning principles.
