Job Profile:
Objective:
To create a brand image of supreme luxury and establish the core values of the brand in the minds of the target audience
Duties:
1. Evolve persuasive communication that induces a steady flow of precise target audience to the site office for bookings
2. Ensure that the creative and media agencies achieve the desired brand objectives
3. Create & execute a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing website, online presence and mobile engagement
4. Coordinate a sustained PR activity that builds a positive image for the group, brand and projects
5. Conceptualize and execute extravagant events / exhibitions / road shows to ensure premium imagery for the brand in India and overseas markets
6. Strive to be an authority on creative, media, digital, collaterals and PR .
Responsibilities:
1. Identify critical insights of high end target audience including prospect behavior towards the category, competition & brand and the challenges in communication
2. Analyze competitor communication strategies with respect to brand identity, brand values, brand promise, tangible product benefits, intangible lifestyle values, media plans & spends on print, digital, OOH, etc.
3. Analyze competitor creative strategies wrt tonality, target group profiling, layouts, visual renditions of projects, etc.
4. Prepare and update a SWOT analysis for the brand.        5. Monitor trends in creative, media & experiential marketing space to ensure precise brand communication strategies.
Accordingly use all the resources to :
- Create the Brand Identity & Design the Brand Manual comprehensively capturing the customer experience
- Prepare precise yet wholesome creative briefs for the creative agency to evolve outstanding creatives for marketing communication
- Negotiate and achieve highly impactful yet cost effective media plans and innovations
- Create the website by benchmarking internationally acclaimed sites
- Develop audio visual films, interactive media, models and simulation tools using contemporary technology with domestic/international expertise
- Participate in domestic as well as overseas exhibitions
- Develop premium quality merchandise such as models, brochures, giveaways, booking kits, owner’s manuals, etc.
- Develop & use a robust database of animation producers, av producers, brochures printers, merchandise manufacturers, etc.
- Participate actively in site office design, ambience & customer experience.                      ;          &nbs p;          &nb sp;          &n bsp;          & nbsp;  - Coordinate with Sales & CRM to gauge precise impact of communication
- Coordinate with Sales & CRM to identify precise communication support
- Audit Sales & CRM for compliance with SOPs laid out in the Brand Manual
- Proactively seek feedback from sales and customer care & accordingly initiate modifications in communication strategy
- Coordinate with design department for incorporating various images, drawings, animations, etc. into market tools
- Ensure due diligence of all communication to ensure regulatory compliance & appropriate disclaimers are placed wherever required
- Interact one-on-one with customers to gather critical insights into the brand selection process, decision influencers, WOM, peer group, pain areas, needs, desires, selection criteria, lifestyle, etc.
- Support superiors in preparing strategy presentations to management as well as presentations to external bodies.

Qualification: PGDM | Specialisation Marketing/ MBA
Other qualifications:MBA / PGDBA / PGDM in Marketing / Communications from a good institute
Desired Profile:
Minimum 8 years handling advertising, media planning, web management & corporate communications
Typical sectors - premium automotive, luxury brands, hospitality, airlines
Alternately – Advertising agencies
Should have strong command over print media
