Work closely with internal team for media & touch-point strategy, PR, earned media, customer marketing, retail visibility, market research
KPIs
Accomplish Brand Targets on short term & long term basis
Number of new product ideas & insights generated
Sales, market-share, gross margin and value-share
Desired Candidate
Atleast 5+ Years experience in FMCG/ CPG Domain with hands on experience in Brand Management/ Product Management.
Should have done full time MBA or PGP from premier institutes
Should have worked in the areas of sales and marketing, brand management, product management, etc
Exposure of Creative Development and Media Agency Handling
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a multicultural company
Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans
Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up
Good at problem solving, team player, self-motivated, co-operative, positive attitude
