Designation - Product Marketing Manager Consumables

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 6-10 yrs

Job Profile:
To maximise demand generation by developing and deploying medium and long term strategies and offerings that drive incremental and profitable business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Map the market place to identify opportunity areas/geography to penetrate consumables.
  • Through the insight into the market opportunities and solutions available, he/she should recommend high opportunity geography/ segments/ products to field sales and Partners.
  • Liaison with service to increase penetration through ASP and other Partners.
  • Grow Revenue- Facilitate field sales force/partners.
  • Accurate Forecasting - Meet Demand-Supply process.
  • Liaison with logistic team (Planner) for timely availability of material to the Distributors and partners.
  • Increase GP through Pricing & Rich product mix.
  • Activity growth- Lead generation through telemarketing, participation in Road-shows and local events.
  • Adhere to New Product launch process.
  • Release Product Pricing and Yield.
  • Share information of competition products, pricing, yield.
  • Work closely with Distribution Manager-Consumable to drive product specific partner and end customer scheme.
  • Timely Consumable pricing to field force for signing Rate contract with Corporate/Govt. Agencies.
  • Update Costing sheet periodically as per DMO guidelines.
  • Customer engagement through Direct Mailing, Customer Education. Programme, Media Advt. Campaign and Strategic tie ups with Retail outlets, Stationary shops.
  • Increase Market Penetration in each product line.
  • Develop display material for Retail Outlets.
  • Quarterly Field accompaniment calls to top 20 Tier 2/3 partners.
  • Work closely with ARO team for successful implementation of Consumables Re-manned Strategy.
Desired Profile:

Background & Experience:
  • 6-10 years of experience in promoting consumables sale
  • MBA with Marketing Specialisation
  • Field sales experience
  • Marketing exposure
  • Conversant with technology
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Should have understanding of
    • Channel mgmt.
    • End customer mgmt.
