Designation - DGM - Corporate Communications
Location - Bangalore
Job Responsibility
- The person will be responsible for strengthening internal communication initiatives by implementing key initiatives and ensuring smooth and timely delivery. The person will strengthen the team’s output and play a key role in designing new initiatives/campaigns.
- The person will also have responsibility towards corporate PR and will play a role in implementation of key initiatives and monitoring delivery.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Internal communication responsibilities:
- Strengthening employee communication through various channels
- Development of the intranet as a strong engagement tool
- Development of internal magazines and newsletters
- Strengthening employee communication by developing campaigns around key themes and messages
- PR Responsibilities
- Implementing the key corporate PR initiatives
- Measuring the PR output against the target
- Developing PR campaigns around key themes suggested in the strategy
Desired Candidate profile
- Language skills: Very strong English language skill (Written & Verbal):
- Understanding of communication as a function
- Media and PR Knowledge
- Aptitude for Marketing
- Strong Creative abilities
- Manage work through agencies and other vendors
- Qualifications: Preferably Post graduate in Business Management
- Good Schooling preferred
