Marcom Programs Manager - HP - Gurgaon

Designation - Marcom Programs Manager

Experience - 5 to 7 yrs

Location - Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for assigned product lines within the Commercial (LES/MES) category.

    - Specialize in B2B and enterprise marketing communications that build relationships with decision makers and increase share of wallet for HP.

    - Create and manage strong online infrastructure that serves as an information repository and ensure timely delivery of information to the TG.

    - Develop focused Marcom for government and large PSUs to establish HP as the brand of choice.

    - Track budget spends and ROI from marketing activities and ensure funding is utilized as per HP processes & guidelines.

    - Coordinate with assigned agencies to execute ATL campaigns, BTL events, POP/POS materials and direct marketing programs. Ensure close looping for maximum impact & ROMI per activity.

    - Track market trends and competition activities.

    - Engage with internal & external stakeholders towards improving the effectiveness of current marketing programs and develop breakthrough innovations in line with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

    - MBA or Degree / diploma in Mass Communication.

    - 5 -7 years experience in Marcom or related field with preferably a B2B product or services organization

Knowledge and Skills Required:

    - Familiarity with integrated marketing communication planning and processes

    - Excellent communication – both spoken and written English language

    - Presentation, negotiation and influencing

    - Project management and data analysis

    - Comfortable with IT products and technologies specially in the enterprise space
