Program Objective:
The Maersk Line Graduate Program is designed to meet the needs of a truly global and fast evolving liner shipping industry. We are looking to create a competitive advantage for the world’s largest liner shipping company whose vision is to be the undisputed leader of liner shipping. Participants on this programme will get a first hand experience of different shipping processes through structured job rotations. Furthermore, the knowledge and global exposure so gained by the participants will enable them to establish their careers in the leading shipping company in the world.

Key Highlights:
- 2 Rotations in 2 years (Sales / Customer service / Operations)
- 3 Management seminars
- Global Development & Theoretical Training via Case studies, Process Excellence – Green Belt training, Business Development & Innovation, Port and Terminal Visit, Vessel familiarization Tour etc
- Designation: Assistant Manager (for the first year)
- Career Path: Move into a managerial role in Year 2
Applicant Profile:
Education: Masters Degree/MBA (Specialisation in Sales & Marketing/Operations/International Business)
Work Experience: The applicant should have work experience in the range of 2-5 years (prior or post master’s qualification). Exposure to a multi cultural environment will be an advantage
Exposure to Shipping: Any exposure to shipping and logistics would be an advantage
