Job Description:

Working closely with the Global ABM Leads, help develop ABM strategy, brand assets, templates, execution plans, tools and governance model to support from offshore the roll out and implementation of ABM services in a key market.
To work closely with the Regional ABM Lead, to establish an offshore-onshore model for ABM services to support key accounts in the region.
To support the Regional ABM Lead in the creation and promotion of a set of ABM best practices, skills and in-a-box solutions to support account teams.
Develop appropriate repository to host and share information and create a vibrant ABM community in the region.
Liaise with Key Account leads to execute pilots/assessments.
Provide offshore support and project management for various account initiatives post-visual identity creation such as ABM campaign strategy and development, Stakeholder Analysis Management, client micro site creation, Web services, offshore event support but not limited to these.
Leverage the existing shared services team to provide ABM support, and expand wherever needed.
Provide some level of competitive intelligence and be capable of analyzing data to provide messaging support to ABM team.
Create and nurture a high performance offshore production team of skilled resources.

Desired Candidate Profile:

At least 7-10 years of experience in M&C, with 3-5 years in Account or Sector Marketing.
Should have supported large key accounts in the past with penetration-focused branding.
Exposure to CRM, Siebel Marketing/Demand Gen programs desirable.
Should be proficient in running customer intimacy programs and thought leadership campaigns.
Demonstrated delivery track-record in an offshore-onshore model.
Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media.
Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects.
Structured and process oriented.
Creative, innovative, and quality driven.
Excellent presentation skills and willingness to travel.
Great aptitude for quick learning.
Ability to manage ambiguity.
