Job Description
• Will be responsible for overall supervision of accounts and finance for the company . Will be responsible for a three person team: One Assistant Manager and two Executives.
• Will be directly in charge of handling customer invoicing and maintaining client database.
• Will need to co-ordinate with Sales Heads for collections and receivables.
• Will need to provide MIS on clients and billing as and when required.
• Will have to handle management of funds. The candidate should be well versed with Budgeting, Costing and statutory provisions.
• Must be able to handle finalization of accounts.
• Will need to prepare monthly balance sheet and profit and loss account.
• Gathering and supervising all the financial information.
• Cash flow provisions and month end closings.
• Managing relationships and catering information requirement of parent company, auditors, taxation authorities, rating agency and other external institutions, and management.
• Must be experienced in handling direct and indirect taxation including service tax.
• Should be able to bring in processes and systems which will help in smooth functioning of the entire accounts team.
• CA is must
