Job Description
1. Experience of working in community development CSR Projects (either direct part of company or corporate backed Trust/ Foundation).
2. Programme Design and implementation experience
3. Areas of expertise: Education, Employability, Health Care, Senitation & Water Issues.
4. Experience of guiding, supporting field team.
5. Experience in conducting Needs Assesment and impact assesment studies.
6. Implementing CSR programmes on field in coordination with Government, NGO's, community and the company.
7. Documentation and reporting skills.
8. Ability to work in challenging community situations with multi-stakeholder involvement.
9. Ability to innovate community Programme as per community's needs.
10. Ability to maintatin cordial relations with the local community leaders independently.
11. Networking & Partnership with government agencies & local administration.
12. Ability to coordinate with cross functional Manpower. Comfort in interacting with senior management & external opinion makers.
13. Ability to work with field team on implementation of project. Ability to identify appropriate partners for project implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
-12 – 15 years of experience.
-Post Graduate in Rural Development/ Social work with 1st class.
-Should be 60% & above marks in all classes.
-Should be only 1 job change in 3 yrs of exp, 2 in 6 yrs of exp & so on.
-Should be atleast 2 yrs of exp. in current company. (Frequent Job changer will not be considered).
-Should not be interviewed in Maruti since last 1 year.
-Should not be from Maruti's Vendors/ Suppliers/ JVs Company.
