Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact from the HR function for employees based in specific regions
- This would include workforce planning, the employee engagement plan, career management plans, Compensation & Rewards planning.
- Responsible for and support in the implementation of these plans.
- Implementation and compliance of all corporate HR processes, initiatives & policies including performance management, succession planning, position evaluation etc. to ensure the alignment of global HR systems and practices across specific unit .
- Accountable for the quality and consistency of HR processes and support the managers in using them to leverage individual and organizational performance. Influence HR processes to make sure they fit with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master in Human Resources or MBA from good institutes or Tier one Companies
- At least 6-10 years of experience in managing HR within a big matrix organization. IT Industry Experience
