Job Description:

We work closely with Sales Account Executives, Agencies, Clients to create and manage large, branded advertiser and marketing programs. Our team consists of sharp, analytical minds and enjoys solving complex strategic, operational and technical challenges for the world’s largest publishers and advertisers. As a member of the gTech team, you will help to push the boundaries of the online display industry.
As a Creative Solutions and Innovation Specialist, you'll manage all technical aspects and commercialize new product offerings of various technical products across our Google Display Network (GDN) to our advertiser clients. You bring a proven track record of analytical problem-solving and technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and consultative skills to help grow the APAC markets.
You are a thought-leader who can identify opportunities for increased effectiveness of our offerings and work with Product, Engineering teams, in addition to global counterparts to continuously improve our products, assist with execution including launching, monitoring, analyzing and communicating effective and ineffective areas of a campaign. You also like to combine your entrepreneurial spirit and technical skills to build tools on the fly to help scale our business and operations. Ideally you're already familiar with online advertising and have experience working within the industry. You should have a high technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment. You are someone who can identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and launch and execute to continuously improve our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product commercialization in region incl. training for cross teams and be the regional POC for 3PAS trafficking in region.
  • Partner with Sales to scope and collect client requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs.
  • Work with media and creative agencies, as well as publishers to evangelize and train customers and employees on product fundamentals, best practices, advanced topics, new features, custom content and available self-help resources.
  • Collaborate with other Google departments to drive communication, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical issues and work with senior personnel on the Escalation Management, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management teams.
  • Maintain industry, Google product, and customer knowledge to provide successful ad management operational and technical consultation. Lead or contribute to projects that increase operational efficiency by developing internal and external tools.

  • Desired Candidate Profile:

    Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of work experience (experience in online advertising industry an advantage).
  • Broad understanding of the online advertising (i.e. ad serving, networks) and of key platforms and trends (i.e. desktop, mobile, video).
  • Self-driven personality with strong analytical as well as communication skills (Consulting background).
