Job Description:

Marketing executive to work in our marketing communication and offshore services unit in Mumbai.

Specification / Skills / Experience

· Support and drive marketing initiatives/objectives for Global Campaign, Launches, Events, etc

· Work with Group Marketing team to ensure alignment with Business Plans

· Offer marketing support for key engagements – visual identity development, collateral creation, campaign, etc

· Work with marketing production team in India to deliver on Global marketing requirements

· Establish an efficient offshore-onshore peer model for Global marketing

· Coordinate activities leading to visual identity creation within the guidelines

· Be quality check point for all Marketing deliverables and comply with Capgemini guidelines

· Prepare weekly, monthly, reports as required by the stakeholders

· Update Marketing activity tracker, pipeline, utilization reports on a regular basis

· Produce actionable marketing dashboards

Desired Candidate Profile:Primary Skills (Must have)

· 1-2 years of experience in marketing & communications, with MBA qualification

· Experience working in an marketing or advertising agency with B2B clients

· Awareness to CRM marketing module desirable

· Inclination for career in IT Marketing and Communications

· Ability to work under pressure and high performing team

· Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media

· Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects
