Designation: Marketing Manager

Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to lead the marketing, branding and advertising initiatives and efforts for our hospital. The details of this position are as follows:

  • Create, implement and monitor comprehensive advertising strategies to build brand and increase awareness of hospital including social media.
  • Organizing and executing advertising campaigns including development of hoardings, videos, online advertising, and other creative endeavors.
  • Position will be highly cross-functional between internal departments – business development, corporate communications and international marketing.
  • A strong emphasis will be placed on developing social media marketing (SMM) strategy and other targeted communications channels, specifically focused on reaching and providing value to our patients.
  • Community outreach and engagement for different services offered at our hospital.
  • Implement a variety of tactics and techniques based on different situations and circumstances, to include crowd-sourcing, viral marketing, reputation enhancement.
  • Forecast, measure and analyze performance and results for our brand.
Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing role – hospital experience not required.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills – for communicating complex ideas effectively and professionally.
  • Proven, professional track record in development of marketing strategies and programs including social media marketing (SMM).
  • Creative expertise on the technical aspects of media marketing, execution and development -- including application knowledge.
  • Experience working in high-traffic website environments or in an agency.
  • Ability to work in a traditional office setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and under general supervision.
  • Ability to remain flexible, handling changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team setting (e.g., working with brand agency).
  • Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • College degree preferred.
