Description:
•Maintain relationships with the relevant Senior Regulatory personnel at the Departments of DOT, TEC, WPC, DeitY and BIS.
•Ensure speedy Certification of all new Hardware products at announce.
•Track Regulatory changes and actively participate in Industry associations.
• Work directly with the relevant Gov. Departments to influence on Regulatory changes.
•Oversee DeitY/BIS Safety Registration filings.
• Insure WPC Equipment Type Approvals are achieved on time.
•Identify and manage local facilities to Test for country specific requirements.
•Communicate upcoming regulatory changes to the Eng. Design teams.
•Work with the Eng. teams to insure product designs meet Indian regulatory requirements.
•Implement a process to handle market surveillance issues.

Desired
Candidate Profile:
- 10 Years Product Compliance experience in the Cellular or ITE industries.
- Background interfacing with and influencing senior regulatory officials.
- Experienced in Wireless, EMC, and Safety Regulations.
- Able to Manage a cross functional team to resolve issues.
- Project management skills, good communicator, and negotiator.
