Desired Candidate Profile:
This role would be based at the Corporate Office & would be reporting to Head- Marketing. Hospital / Pharma / Clinical equipments experience (either of them would be required). A full time PG is preferably for any Managerial level role. MBA from Premier Business Schools WITH 8-10 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Must have worked with well known Companies. Exposure to Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Brand Management function.
Formulating business strategy based on analysis of sales trends, feedback from field, and fresh customer insight
Ad agency briefing, promotional campaign development, design and production of creative inputs for the sales team (includes ad spend phasing, controlling and monitoring)
Business development, Product Development, Conceptualisation of Products,
Monitoring execution of campaigns, seamless end-to-end coordination of CME (continuing medical education) programs
Liaising with Medical and Regulatory teams in order to equip the field with up-to-date clinical information
Design and production of promotional inputs for the sales team
Ad spend phasing, controlling and monitoring
