Brand Change Manager - Liquor Conglomerate - Mumbai

Position reports to – TECHNICAL HEAD.

Qualifications
 - Degree level qualification in Engineering, Process or Food Technology
 - MBA and strong innovation/project management background preferred
 - 5-10 years in FMCG/Beverages/Food industry

To summarize the role , incumbent will be responsible for the following deliverables:

- “True to concept” Product or packaging solutions delivered to market requirements.  Demonstrable innovative value-add on all brand change solutions for immediate or future use.

- Deliver Innovation and Renovation pipeline of business on time, on cost, on quality by engaging respective business stakeholders and through effective coordination of the new or brand change projects across India or the export market. Accurate and timely preparation of product data and key developmental transactions.

- Drive and execute Brand Value Engineering projects to maximize value of the brands by modification in designs, change in material science or technical specifications or through improvements in process, technology or resources.

- Leads all developments, trials, commissioning and commercialization of such changes.

- Custodian of Innovation and Brand Change Gate Process in Supply and e-navigation Entropy system.

- Engage various stakeholders across supply chain process and maintain amazing relationships with vendors and functional partners in supply, sales, marketing, corporate affairs or legal. The role also liaises with Co’s regional and global Technical or brand innovation fraternity to calibrate India’s way of working.
