Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will lead Corporate PR campaign for HCL Technologies which will involve responsibilities like:
1. Managing planning and day-to-day operations of a PR Agency
2. planning, developing and implementing PR strategies in conjunction with a PR Agency;
3. liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;
4. liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations.
5. researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
6. collating and analyzing media coverage;
7. writing and editing case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
8. devising and coordinating photo opportunities;
9. organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
10. maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website;
11. sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;
12. commissioning market research;
13. Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
14. liaising with Industry bodies and other external stakeholders
Experience – 7 to 14 yrs
The top three things we are looking in this person are :
- Very strong understanding of the Media
- Exceptional content writing and understanding, should be able to comprehend the content / message HCL would want to convey
- Ability to build relationships. A team player and not a loner by nature.
