Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work together with the India Marketing Director, and the hub marketing finance team, to support the financial administration process and ensure implementation of the agreed marketing plans in compliance with Visa's policies. Responsibilities will include:
• Coordination of Business Case and PR approvals
• Coordination of procurement processes - including vendor registration, SIRA, PR/PO, contracts, work statements, etc.
• Tracking jobs for PR/PO limits
• Coordination of vendor agreement/external contracts and assistance on legal approvals
• Processing estimates and work statements submitted by agencies
• Processing vendor invoices and ensuring relevant checks are done before funds transfer.
• Working with agencies to ensure reporting and expenses are timely, accurate, and compliant with Visa policies
• Supporting monthly Accruals and Statement of Accounts and ensuring accuracy of cost breakdowns and expensing details
• Updating marketing calendars to record all change of dates, programs and budget allocations
• File keeping and documentation
Provide general marketing support to the India marketing team, including:
• File keeping and documentation
• Liaison with agencies and other external parties
• Miscellaneous marketing activities (e.g. website maintenance)
