Job Description
-Coordinate with NSM on day to basis, to ensure the execution of Marketing strategies and campaigns
-Get feedback from time to time on the different marketing activities
Use the feedback for future improvement
-Help sales team in the creation of customer; BD manager
-Find innovative product, formulation; packaging; drug delivery ideas and work for cost leadership; bringing innovative ideas from grey cell to market.
-Finance controller: Continuously explore cost saving processes, value realization opportunities to enhance brand profitability, measure
-Monitor ROI.
-Responsible for MS gain of the brands & SBU,
-Preparing & Executing AOP of the Brands,
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience of 3-5 years as GPM, 1-2 years as MM, exposure in managing Aniti Infective; pain, or Respiratory portfolio.
Good Strategic ; analytical ; Creative, planning & execution
Skills required
High level of customer orientation is required
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to capture and convert an insight into a marketing idea.
