Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience
  • Experience in developing Marketing Communication material through co-ordination with agencies
  • Preferably from consumer goods, fmcg, real estate industry
Responsibilities
The objective of this position is to effectively execute all major aspects of Corporate Branding and Project Marketing. It would broadly encapsulate Above the line(ATL)/Below the line (BTL) marketing activities, assist in development of project specific promotion material like brochures / renders / animation, web content, competitive analysis, Campaign tracking, leads , walk-in and booking analysis from each of the sites. Responsible for delivering the requisite marketing & promotional campaigns on site on time.

ATL & BTL activities –

Tracking of leads, walk-ins and booking data from each of the sites for each of the campaigns. Creation of SFDC campaign code for ach of the campaign gone live. Sales updates and analysis. Responsible for delivering the marketing & promotional material on site on time. Responsible for delivering creatives to the promotions, exhibitions and events. Media buying & negotiation. Co-ordinate with vendors, give feedback and follow up. Track expense sheet for each of the brands. Liase with internal stake holders of the regional team to understand their marketing support requirements



Ensure timely availability of the Project Promotion Material like Site Plans / Floor plans, Brochures, Fliers, Project models, Animation, Renders – Elevations, Interiors from the respective vendors.

Ensure timely updation of the website content from the Content Developers both in terms of the corporate data and project data. Proof read the data and get it signed off from the supervisor. Understand, design and participate in various marketing campaigns


Analyze the data in terms of the traffic and conversions and fine tune the upcoming campaigns accordingly

Responsible for activating & constantly evolving site branding for each of the sites.
