Role profile : The Consulting Associate assists in planning and execution of CSR programs for clients assigned. In addition, the Consulting Associate supports in implementing strategic regional projects and is the leader for supporting client activities.
Skills : An organized and an enterprising individual with a positive attitude with the ability to comfortably manage a stressful environment. Should be a self-starter with a high thirst for knowledge. Should be a person with the ability to multi-task.S/he should display a good ability to lead a highly motivated and an energetic team.
Qualifications : A MA/Post Graduate qualification in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a professional qualification in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Experience : Minimum four to five years of executive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility
