Capital Markets Lead / Head - HCL

We are looking for Lead /Head Capital Market:

HCL is seeking for bright and enthusiastic individual  (preferably with prior work experience in Investment Banking, Brokerages and Trading) to strengthen the Financial Services Capital Markets practice. At HCL you would be working with a team of highly motivated, energetic professionals involved in managing business in the Financial Services arena.

We are looking for Business Solution Consultants who will be responsible for driving outsourcing solutions incubation across technology and operations, through effective mentoring, guiding, coaching and supporting teams to deliver value to our customers.

The successful candidate will have:
 - A holistic Thought Leader's perspective accounting for all factors and stakeholders while working on the respective assignments fostering fresh ideas and propositions

 - Vocal in challenging business as usual operating models and recommending innovative product/service improvement

 - Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

 - Self Starter, with Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 - Should have minimum of 10 to 15 years of work experience in IT industry, preferably in Financial Services vertical.

 - MBA degree or equivalent from tier-1 B-School would be a plus

 - Previous solution building and delivery experience, preferably in a global, cross-functional environment

 - Willingness to travel

Responsibilities include:

 - Lead team of young professionals

 - Acts as a key advisor to large bids and various other teams on the development / review of overall solution strategies, be it technology, functional or the operating models

 - Applies subject matter knowledge to manage complex business/technical issues and established frameworks, processes & procedures for solution development in large bids

 - Helps Engagement Managers / Account Managers to strategize and apply consultative-selling techniques to advance opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth for HCL

 - Articulates HCLs solution vision and direction to customers in support of engagement and solution selling by closely working with engagement team

 - Lead onshore assessments, workshops, consulting assignments as part of a team

 - Develop strategic initiatives along with the vertical teams to capitalize on current trends and competency
