Context
 - We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support the Projects and GTM team in formulating business strategies to support future growth plans of GKAS    

Job Description
 - Development of business strategy and growth plans.
 - Sales and business development efforts to create new opportunities for GKAS
 - Work closely with service network leader to build new capabilities
 - Drive incubation efforts leading to new ideas and projects that support the Business Strategy
 - Business Performance reporting and review – The role would involve management and stakeholder reporting. Would be involved in critical activities for growth such as opportunity assessment, business case development, determining capability build requirements, competitor analysis, market trends etc)

Candidate profile
 - Pre- Sales, Solution and/or bid Management experience in IT/ITES industry OR consulting experience in business advisory services OR strategy experience in a MNC

 - Experience in off shoring advisory or offshore business management would be an added advantage
 - Exposure to Marketing / BD / strategy
 - Worked with international clients AND/OR has onshore experience
 - Worked with multi-functional teams
 - Ability and exposure of having worked with senior management in organizations
 - Good communication skills
 - High level of drive and resilience
 - Ability to build relationships (internal and external)
 - Problem solving and rational thinking
 - Good power point, excel and presentation skills

Education
 - Educated to degree level in numerate discipline
 - MBA desirable

Experience - 8 – 12 years of Strategy Consulting & Business Development experience.
