Director – Ecommerce
As a Director of Ecommerce, you will join the world’s first customer experience company and award winning leader in multi-channel commerce industry. You are passionate about technologies that drive digital commerce and will use this position to innovate and improve digital commerce solutions.
We are looking for an exceptional ecommerce expert to join our capability team. Foremost you are an inspiring technical leader with a passion for digital commerce products and a deep understanding of software development and tools. This is both a people management and technical leadership position where you will manage a team of talented engineers and architects that work on cutting-edge technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience on any of the ecommerce product stack - WCS, ATG, Hybris
Lead capability development for all ecommerce products we choose to work with.
• Own competency development including creation of training content and enable training on technical and domain topics.
• Assist pre-sales, client presentations, solution development for bids and participate in scoping and estimating key deals and taking our services to market.
• Create thought leadership in digital commerce areas through publishing papers & participating in events.
• Develop solutions that align with the business strategy using predominant digital commerce technologies.
• Provide Technical Assistance and Assurance to ongoing digital commerce projects including enabling delivery teams with deep technical expertise.
• Work with product vendors to align solutions with their strategies and develop roadmap for solution accelerators.
• Setup Labs for all relevant latest technologies that are accessible for team members (from various locations) to build capabilities, solutions and proof of concepts. These labs should also be ready for customer visits to demonstrate our commitment and investments.
• Develop and drive community of digital commerce experts within the company to enable knowledge sharing and expertise development.
• Be the key quality gatekeeper of hiring process in the digital commerce area.
You possess
• Significant experience (5+ years) leading and developing services and solutions in the digital commerce area.
• Deep knowledge of digital commerce technologies with hands on experience in the latest version of one or more of the key product stacks (ATG, WCS or Hybris).
• Hands on experience in digital commerce technologies, developing and maintaining enterprise scale solutions.
• Experience in developing strategies to cope with aggressive business growth.
• Prior experience working with digital commerce vendors and alliances.
You have
• Overall experience of 15+ years with 5+ years of ecommerce experience with one or more commerce packages.
