Job Description
• Comprehends customer needs, competitive insights and translate to appropriate marketing strategies• Translates services/program construct and features into winning value propositions and engaging messaging for key audience segments – customers, field sales, and channel partners
• Creates core marketing content – collaterals and web content – based on the core messaging
• Contributes to the development of the Go-To-Market plan for new and existing services offerings to meet the revenue and marketing adoption goals
• Defines and implements the marketing communication strategy (including campaigns) to support the overall Go-To-Market plan
• Contributes to sales training and channel enablement
• Works effectively in a global work environment with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
• MBA (or equivalent) from (IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/IIFT/XLRI/XIM/ SP Jain/IIT/MICA/JBIMS/ Symbiosis)NO DISTANCE EDUCATION
• Relevant work experience of at least 3-5 years with exposure to solution/services marketing/management at a global level
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of Enterprise Software/IT Services/Enterprise Technology
• Experience in any of marketing, product management or business development with a Software/IT Services/Enterprise Solution company
• Experience in creating product/service customer facing materials for the US, EMEA or global markets
