HP Decision Support Analysis Services (DSAS) team commenced in May 2005 as a global initiative to provide support to Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions. We are poised for substantial growth by building a new service line for HP services and non-HP clients globally.

The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong analytics and business consulting background and significant experience in BPO, who are driven by a passion to draw business inference from external and internal data while delivering on global client requests.

The Marcom team at DSAS supports the Demand Generation team within Americas PSG Consumer Exchange spanning across various Marcom activities - Program Management and Design support for email and Direct Mail marketing.

Description:

This position is responsible for mentoring a team of Project Management Leads within the PSG Marcom Ops team. He/she will be responsible for managing, enhancing and building the processes and acting a SPOC between Onshore and Offshore teams, and mentoring team resources in order to meet AMS Demand Generation Communications needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

 - Is responsible for overall setting up of Process between On shore and Off Shore
 - Fine tune Solutioning of the process along with
 - Mentor the team of Project Management leads responsible for managing a strong client relations with the on shore Marcom team
 - Act as main point of contact on new areas of Marcom support/project requests from AMS Demand Generation Team.
     - Manages any Process violations/errors with both the teams.
     - Assures Marcom projects are on strategy and completed on time. 
     - Ensures effective management of overall projects, including metrics/status updates
 - Develop and maintain strong partnerships with AMS Demand Generation teams and agency counterparts that promote collaborative working engagements.

Qualifications:

 - Requires 5+ years of expert level knowledge in area of marketing communications preferably as part of off-shore team, plus minimum of 4 years managing project teams.
 - Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's  (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing 
 - Depth of knowledge across marketing communications discipline and managing to objectives
 - Demonstrated leadership abilities; experience in managing people, including developing and mentoring employees
 - Demonstrated ability and desire for creating and fostering collaborative off-shore relationships
 - Enthusiasm/high interest for playing key role in developing and executing off-shore working model
 - Effective project management skills, preferably managing process and change management.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
