Nokia - Market Development

We are looking for a market development manager to manage the channel partners and key customers ecosystem for Nokia Tej business solution towards organized and unorganzied sector for connecting brands with the distributor/sales people and retailers for managing the field information.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
    * Form the business relation with the key customer accounts in multiple different consumer verticals

    * Understand the value proposition of the service and articulate and deliver to the business for long term partnership

    * Understanding of the consumer needs and translating that to the value proposition for the Tej solution

    * Manage channel partner ecosystem for the proliferation of the service to different verticals

    * Grow national service delivery and fulfillment ecosystem for the service to businesses

    * Find concrete new and innovative different business model for the service proliferation

    * Define the operations requirements and ensure these are taken in the product and operational development

    * Work across Nokia organization to effectively leverage existing market development for the similar business (Nokia Services organization, Nokia Financial service etc.)

    * Form tactical alliances and build scalable model for the business growth to fulfill business targets.

    * Support product development with key customer requirement gathering

    * Work with external research agency for the market analysis to develop business case

    * Short Term Internal Transfer (STIT) is also an option

Success will be measured by content coverage operational in service, service levels, customer adoption, customer and partner satisfaction and time-to-market as well as revenue down the road.

    * 12+ years of senior management experience in global alliance, good technical understanding, professional services, business development, understanding ecosystem for service delivery, business modeling and planning,

    * Expert in project management processes and frameworks

    * Detail-oriented, punctual and highly reliable, always delivering on plan and on schedule

    * Start-up background combined with blue chip experience

    * Brought at least one major Internet service to market. Prior experience with field-based services and retail supply chain environment

    * Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English).  Fluency in other key languages a plus

    * Ability to discuss issues openly. Highest level of integrity and honesty. Strong belief in unit's vision

    * Entrepreneurial, extremely flexible and extremely hard working. "Gets things done"

    * Excellent PowerPoint and project management software skills

    * Independent as well as team player

Education: MBA, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Computer Science and/or Engineering.
