Position: Category Manager, HDEO & OLP, Lubricants,India

Location: Shell Lubricants India - Gurgaon (New Delhi Area, India)

 Job Description

1.Complete responsibility for managing HDEO and OLP portfolio end to end from marketing perspective.
 2. Design and implement specific marketing program / CVP including setting KPIs after alignment with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing (MM, B&C, FMS)
3. Manage category portfolio in line national strategy and annual plan and impact decisions on pricing, promotion and distribution to ensure delivery of annual plan.
4. Use of consumer insight and other data sources for designing effective marketing programs.
5.Training and coaching sales and marketing operations teams
6.Participation and program reviews including delivery of program and organization KPIs
7. Develop annual Operational Plan for the region for the category in line with central calendar and local requirements of key geographies and support delivery

Desired Skills & Experience

Requires degree-level education. Preference of MBA Marketing for Top Tier School
3 -5 years of B2C Marketing experience in implementation / execution of marketing programs in B2C environment.
Some sales experience will be an added advantage.
