Function : Marketing

Position: Head Acquisition (Prepaid) (5 to 9 Years)

Level: Manager /Sr. Manager

Reporting to: Head - Product

1 Revenue Management
   - Responsible for Prepaid Acquisition Revenue Budgets

2 Product Management
   - New product development based on market needs
   - Management of existing product portfolio for business viability and market relevance

3 Process Management
   - Managing seamless process for all configuration in collaboration with IN

   - Managing and overlooking stock planning and ensuring adequate stock level (SIM, Vouchers) in collaboration with different stakeholders

4 Channel Management
   - Laising with Sales to ensure that channels acquire quality customers
   - Managing of Net VLR adds
   - Work in tandem with sales and finance for various margin and commissions for trade

5 Market Visibility & Communication
   - Coordinate with brand and sales to ensure visibility at retail points
   - Managing optimal allocation of POP and other visibility drive with brand
   - Managing the various communication channel (SMS, OBD, etc) for optimal allocation and utilization

6 Handholding of newly acquired
   - Handholding of on boarded customers for the first 60 days before handing over to U&R

7 Market Information
   - Regular updates of market information through field visit
   - Regular contact with sales and trade for market information

8 Analysis
   - Competition Analysis (SOGA, SONA)
   - Product performance
   - Traffic Analysis
   - Retailer Analysis
   - Analysis of Geography Performances
   - Revenue Contribution

9 New Town
   - Launch Planning
   - Managing and handholding of new launched town ( Data/Calling/Projects/Visibility/Issue /Coverage)
