AVP Corporate Marketing - Bangalore

Job Description

Head of corporate marketing overseeing corporate branding and communications reporting into the CMO. This is a leadership role and the position will be based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities:
1. To head a corporate team comprising website, research and PR
2. Drive companywide corporate communications internally and externally including PR, media relations globally
3. Drive and support strategic corporate research that provides insights and inputs to the executive management staff and sales teams
4. Manage corporate brand identity and standards internally and externally in all communications, working in close coordination with other marketing group leaders within the company
5. Manage and drive corporate website
6. Manage all corporate collateral
7. Manage corporate database of customers, drive central marketing programs and support geo specific programs/ requirements

Key result area:
The role will be measured by the success of the composite brand index, a measure instituted within the company

Experience/ skills/ background:
1. 15 years experience in marketing
2. Experience in managing teams
3. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C brands with proven experience in managing brands
4. Strong experience in corporate communications spanning PR, marketing communication
5. Strong online/ web background with experience in social media
6. Experience in matrix roles will be a benefit
7. Graduate with MBA in marketing
